		<description>Is this new? I see these all over the place. There's one off the 60 on the way to Palm Springs, near the turnoff to Hemet/San Jacinto. There's another one offf 330 on the way to Running Springs in the San Bernardino Mountains. I always thought it was something the local forest service demanded...</description>
