His Seeing-Eye Dog STILL Can’t Drive Stick
August 13th, 2007 by timbotronLast week, a 20 year old man from a small town outside the city of Tartu (in the Baltic nation of Estonia) was arrested for driving blind. Yesterday, he was arrested again - this time for driving blind and drunk.

I want to know what kind of moronic people would get in the car and encourage this guy. I’m going to go out on a limb and say that they were also drunk…
