I ended up sticking most happily with Krav Maga. Very little Art, a lot of Martial, but a lot of fun, in a sense, and really useful, educational, grounding....was important for me to do. Would gladly go back to it as well. Useful beat Artistic for learning about the uses and limits, strengths and weaknesses of my body in self-defense (and offense). Loved it, recommend it.
