I spotted this guy at an “Eat Fish Day” festival I happened upon while on vacation in Dominica, and wondered to myself if he might have the world’s longest dreadlocks.  Turns out I was wrong– Asha Mandela of Trinidad has dreds longer than she is tall — more than 8 feet!!  Needless to say, this guy’s hair took some dedication!!

Fun fact: the world record for longest hair is held by Xie Qiuping, a Chinese woman who set the record in 2004 with 18 feet, 5.54 inches of hair!!
