This Thanksgiving, try putting a quail inside a Cornish hen inside a chicken inside a duck inside a turkey . . . inside a pig, complete with a whole mess ‘o’ bacon, and smoke it. I’m talking a Turbaconducken, only this time, inside a porker. It’ll only set you back about 80,000 calories, but will be oh-so-delicious. Mmmm . . . bacon.

As some of you out there know, I recently moved back to the Bay Area after almost a decade away in my travels. Nary before have I seen a something so spot on for the generic San Francisco mindset. But just like a racist joke, it’s only funny when we say it.
