A friend sent me this yesterday, and I have to say, I almost threw up a little in my mouth while reading it. Apparently getting stoned and drinking isn’t enough for kids these days. They are resorting to other methods of catching a high: brewing sh!t. That’s right, raw sewage. Also known as Jenkem or ummm…butthash. Seriously, this is just downright wrong. Check it ›

(Thanks Pollock. I sorta hate you a little for exposing me to this.)
If you missed the MTV VMA’s last night, which is totally understandable if you did because, well, MTV sucks; you should at least check out Sarah Silverman’s opening bit which followed a less than amateur performance by Britney Spears. Silverman’s comedic style is so well suited for hosting award shows because she’s great at creating an awkward setting and is not afraid to call out certain “celebrities” for being stupid people in “real life.” Overall the show seemed to lack any genuine excitement. I’m not surprised. There is something about today’s American pop-culture that is disgustingly reminiscent about high school to me. Whatever…I’m blogging about it, which is what they want, right? Anyhow, watch the clip. You’ll feel pleasantly uncomfortable.
Early yesterday, Google launched their next phase of interstellar domination with Google Sky. This is an addition to the Google Earth app that allows you to navigate the heavens by way of constellation maps, Hubble satellite images, and planetary orbit animations. Not to mention the ability to aimlessly wander space the traditional Google Earth way by panning, zooming and rotating your view. I have to say, this is pretty freakin’ sweet. Check it ›
Heywood: The beer-pong video you posted below totally reminded me of this video that my girlfriend’s little bro and his buddy made last year. Not as impressive, but the same concept nonetheless. Check it.
I’m sorry, I can’t resist.
Looking forward to this.
And this.
So, recently, while meandering aimlessly online, I came across the P-Mate. If you’re not familiar with it, it’s a product that was designed in the late 1990’s by Moon Zijp of Holland that enables women to urinate while standing up. It seems like a pretty good idea, especially if you are frequently outdoors or in an unsanitary situation. As to how well this trinket actually works? Well, that remains to be seen. And that just might be worth paying for.
Create your own creepy police-sketch at Ultimate Flash Face. I guarantee this will help to pass the time at work and provide a few laughs in the process. Select from the variety of facial features and move them into position by dragging them around. You can even scale the features to make them fit better. What you end up with is a dithered bitmap image that strongly resembles a police-sketching of a pedophile you might see on the 11-o’clock news. Print that sketch out, perhaps add your own weird thought-provoking message to it with a sharpie, and post them up in your neighborhood. It’s sure to get people wondering.
This guy below is the first one I created. I posted him up in the office…Good times.
I just came across a rather interesting website. Conceived by a partnership between the Library of Congress, the Center for History and New Media, and the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business; this site is dedicated to archiving business plans and other such organizational documents from companies of the dot-com era. A great resource for anyone wanting to venture out on their own, and learn from the mistakes and successes of those from the previous era. Check it ›
I would definitely say the officers were the ones unwilling to cooperate in this case.

Nike recently launched a new online campaign to promote their vintage original line of running shoes. Everything from the photography right down to the mock-ads on the pages were crafted as if it were straight out of the 70’s. Some pretty funny stuff on there. Check it out ›
Here are the viral videos they created to accompany the site.
Funny as hell!
Check out Mandolux for some nice photography available as desktop image downloads. Many of them have been made available for dual displays, which rules! Humorous titles, too.
Corporate jargon; although being an absolutely meaningless vernacular, can make you feel productive and even somewhat important. If you haven’t already, try throwing out a few of the following key phrases during your next corporate meeting. You might be surprised at how savvy your colleagues think you are.
If you find that you are experiencing difficulty committing these and other corporate terms and phrases to memory, don’t fret. They are available in a handy flashcard format for quick and easy reference.
We captured on video one of our clients licensing the first song ever on an iPhone. He does it in three minutes using MusicLicensingStore.com, which is our online tool for licensing music. Pretty sweet. Check it!
