I stumbled upon this awesome futurist projection from httpcolonforwardslashforwardslashwwwdotjenniferdanieldotcom.com (JenniferDaniel.com apparently was taken, but great second choice!).  Particularly devastating are projections for the post-2050 world, where the “United States of China” will no longer be the ruling power, and the most common human habitat will switch from “cubbyhole” to “igloo.”
